Cardiopulmonary changes in humans with coronary artery disease associated with exposure to ambient concentrations of ozone.Source

The dataset contains a list of cardiac and vascular biomarkers that were obtained on each day a participant visited the EPA Human Studies Facility. It also contains ozone concentrations on those days, which are publicly available on the EPA AirNow website. This dataset is not publicly accessible because: The dataset pertains to human research. It can be accessed through the following means: Requests to access data should be sent to Robert Devlin at devlin.robert@epa.gov. Format: The metadata are in the form of spreadsheets with health endpoints listed in columns and each human participant listed as a row. Similar spreadsheets contain exposure information in columns and participants in rows. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Mirowsky, J., M. Carraway, R. Dhingra, H. Tong, L. Neas, D. Diaz-Sanchez, W. Cascio, M. Case, J. Crooks, E. Hauser, E. Dowdy, W. Krause, and R. Devlin. Ozone exposure is associated with acute changes in inflammation, fibrinolysis, and endothelial cell function in coronary artery disease patients. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH. Academic Press Incorporated, Orlando, FL, USA, 16: 126, (2017).

Composition of Foods Raw, Processed, Prepared USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 27

This dataset has been superseded by a newer version, Composition of Foods Raw, Processed, Prepared USDA National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 28. The database consists of several sets of data: food descriptions, nutrients, weights and measures, footnotes, and sources of data. The Nutrient Data file contains mean nutrient values per 100 g of the edible portion of food, along with fields to further describe the mean value. Information is provided on household measures for food items. Weights are given for edible material without refuse. Footnotes are provided for a few items where information about food description, weights and measures, or nutrient values could not be accommodated in existing fields. Data have been compiled from published and unpublished sources. Published data sources include the scientific literature. Unpublished data include those obtained from the food industry, other government agencies, and research conducted under contracts initiated by USDA’s Agricultural Research Service (ARS). Updated data have been published electronically on the USDA Nutrient Data Laboratory (NDL) web site since 1992. Standard Reference (SR) 27 includes composition data for all the food groups and nutrients published in the 21 volumes of “Agriculture Handbook 8” (US Department of Agriculture 1976-92), and its four supplements (US Department of Agriculture 1990-93), which superseded the 1963 edition (Watt and Merrill, 1963). SR27 supersedes all previous releases, including the printed versions, in the event of any differences. Tuberculosis Incidence in the United States, 1953-2015Source

Data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on tuberculosis (TB) incidence in the United States from 1953 to 2015, including TB cases and case rates per 100,000 population. Case data after 1974 are not comparable to prior years due to changes in the surveillance case definition that became effective in 1975. The 1993–2015 TB case counts and rates were updated using the following sources: Bridged-Race 1990–1999 Intercensal Population Estimates for 1990–1999; Intercensal Estimates of the Resident Population for the United States, Regions, States, and Puerto Rico: April 1, 2000 to July 1, 2010; and Annual Estimates of the Resident Population for the United States, Regions, States, and Puerto Rico: April 1, 2010 to July 1, 2015. __Connected to Sustainable Development Goal Indicator 3.3.2 - Tuberculosis incidence per 1,000 population__
