Overview

This is the annual report for Utah FORGE Phase 3A, year two, which was published on July 28th, 2022. The report includes site infrastructure, site operations, seismic monitoring reports, FORGE modeling reports, and external research and design. The ultimate objective of Utah FORGE is to demonstrate the viability of Enhanced Geothermal System (EGS) energy development. This report presents an overview of Phase 3A Year 2 activities. Year 1 activities transitioned the Utah FORGE project from site characterization and baseline monitoring to infrastructure development required for full deployment of the Utah FORGE laboratory.
