Overview

This data are composed of precipitation, wetland water depth, volumetric soil moisture, nitrogen and carbon concentrations measured into and out of a wetland, and model computed soil moisture content as well as nitrogen and carbon loading from the wetland. The wetland is a restored treatment wetland, located in Kent Island, MD. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Sharifi, A., M. Hantush, and L. Kalin. Modeling Nitrogen and Carbon Dynamics in Wetland Soils and Water Using Mechanistic Wetland Model. Rao S. Govindaraju Journal of Hydrologic Engineering.
